Technical Specs
- Resolution: 300 DPI
- Color Mode: CMYK for print
- Size: 2.75" x 3.75" → 2.5" x 3.5" trimmed

Note: Submit your artwork at 2.75" x 3.75" size. We will trim it down to the final 2.5" x 3.5" size during production. The extra 0.25" margin ensures no important content gets cut off during trimming.

How to submit your artwork for production

Upload or Email Files
Use our client portal to upload files and provide project details, or email files to us if that's easier.
Review & Approval
Our team reviews your artwork and provides feedback within 24-48 hours.
Production
Once approved, your artwork goes into production with delivery in 5-7 business days.
Common Issues & Solutions
Avoid these common mistakes to speed up your approval process
Low Resolution Images
Issue: Images appear pixelated when printed
Solution: Always use 300 DPI or higher resolution images
RGB Color Mode
Issue: Colors look different when printed
Solution: Convert to CMYK color mode before submitting
Incorrect Size Submission
Issue: Artwork submitted at wrong dimensions
Solution: Always submit at 2.75" x 3.75" (69.85 mm x 95.25 mm)
Text Too Close to Edge
Issue: Important text gets cut off during trimming
Solution: Keep text at least 0.25" from edges (trim allowance)
